About

Currently, the largest service organization in the Edinboro area, club membership includes those in a wide range of occupations and age groups. It offers the new member an opportunity to become personally acquainted with people of good standing in many vocations, with varied backgrounds and experiences.

Our current membership is 26 people and consists of teachers, general contractors, real estate agents, stay at home moms, and retirees. Not only do we work together as a club to provide service to our community, but we socialize frequently, and there are many personal friendships within the group.

Good news in the fight against maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT): The disease has been eliminated in Sudan and South Sudan — a significant public health milestone!

Kiwanis has been proud to support UNICEF’s efforts to eliminate MNT worldwide since 2010. Through extensive vaccination and education campaigns, this painful and deadly disease has now been eliminated in 51 of 59 priority countries.
