The weather outside may still be frightful, but it’s not too early to be thinking about applying for a scholarship!

Every year, through our Foundation, we present at least two $1,000 scholarship awards to outstanding students. The recipient must be a current senior (or graduate of) General McLane High School planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution. In addition, consideration is given to SAT/ACT scores, community activity, and participation in a Kiwanis-sponsored club such as Key Club or Builders Club.

Congrats to our 2025 Sweetest Pet Contest Winners!

Thank you so much to everyone who entered the contest, we had a total of 22 pet entries and 1567 votes. We are so appreciative of our community, the funds we raise from this contest will go right back into helping kids in our community, through programs like Kid’s Day and Gifts for Kids.
